DIG supports the continued expansion of housing finance for the poor by providing microfinance institutions and financial institutions worldwide with targeted trainings, technical assistance, strategic planning and product design among a variety of development services.   It is DIG’s goal for these activities to lead to expanded markets for commercial finance institutions, new and more effective products for microfinance organizations, greater understanding for policy-makers, and improved living standards for poor communities.
